Ávoris & Globick
Ávoris is one of the leading travel groups in Spain and a highly diversified tourism ecosystem, bringing together a broad portfolio of brands across leisure and corporate travel, tour operations, transportation, aviation, and distribution. With a growing focus on tours and activities as a strategic product line, Ávoris set out to transform how activity inventory was sourced, managed, and distributed across the group.
To support this vision, Ávoris launched Welcome Tickets, a centralized platform designed to unify the contracting and management of tours and activities for all its brands. The objective was clear: reduce operational fragmentation, gain greater control over supply, simplify connectivity and reconciliation processes, and progressively transition from aggregator-based sourcing to direct contracting with operators. Achieving this at scale required a connectivity model capable of supporting both immediate access to inventory and long-term margin optimization.
Guruwalk & Globick
GuruWalk started as the world’s leading platform for free walking tours, building a global community of travelers and local guides across more than 800 cities. But as the company grew, so did the challenge of expanding beyond free tours into paid activities and ticketed experiences.
To evolve from a single-product platform into a broader experiences marketplace, GuruWalk needed access to a large network of suppliers without taking on the complexity of multiple technical integrations. By integrating with Globick, GuruWalk was able to connect to a wide range of activities through a single, scalable integration layer. The result: faster expansion into paid experiences, reduced technical overhead, and a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
Europamundo & Globick
Europamundo Vacaciones is one of the leading tour operators for escorted coach tours, particularly strong in Europe and Latin American markets. Part of the global JTB Corporation, the company manages nearly 2,000 itineraries across multiple continents and serves travelers from over 80 countries.
Its core business relies on organizing complex multi-day circuits combining transport, accommodation, and access to iconic attractions such as the Alhambra, the Colosseum, or Versailles, in Europe. This operational scale brings a very specific challenge: managing large volumes of activity bookings efficiently and reliably.
Hellotickets & Globick
Hellotickets is a global B2C OTA and marketplace focused on travel experiences, tours, and activities, helping travelers discover and book some of the world’s most iconic attractions.
As the platform scaled internationally, Hellotickets worked with multiple integrated suppliers and aggregators to source inventory across destinations. While this model supported rapid expansion, it introduced structural constraints: limited control over commercial conditions, dependency on intermediary commission structures, and reduced margin optimization potential.
